Puppy Kit for Jack Russell terrier and Welsh Corgi Pembroke
What should the puppy kit contain?
The starter kit from the kennel is essential for a puppy’s successful settling-in at its new home, which is why we provide all the essential accessories a puppy needs for its first few days in its new home.
The starter kit from Royal Terrier includes:
- A blanket that smells of home, perfect for the carrier on the journey to its new home
- A collar and lead suitable for the puppy’s current age. A 9-week-old puppy receives a tiny collar, whilst a 3-month-old puppy receives a sturdy, high-quality collar and lead
- Tug and chew toys
- A pack of food for the coming days
- Treats – All packed in a box which can later be used to store food
- A full set of documents (birth certificate or pedigree, health booklet, sales contract, microchip registration code, additional stickers for the microchip, puppy care guide – with advice on raising your puppy and future vaccinations and worming)
What can you purchase extra?
- A pet carrier or crate for car journeys
- A bed – the puppies are used to sleeping on something soft
- Bowls – these can be ceramic or plastic
- KONG for puppies, size S
- Scent mats or scent balls
- Natural chew bones, e.g. Pokusa
However, the most important part of the starter kit isn’t the items themselves, but the effort we’ve put into raising your puppy. 🙂 Every animal in our home is treated with respect and love; we provide them with everything they need at each stage of their development. The puppies are raised alongside people and other dogs. They are cuddled and stroked, and get used to various sounds both indoors and outdoors. The puppies have a safe space to play, both indoors and outdoors, where they can run, dig, chase each other, romp about and get up to mischief – everything a puppy needs. Good treatment at the kennel is the foundation for a healthy and well-balanced puppy.
